An Overview of Early Childhood Care & Education in Pakistan
The study broadly identifies the provision and support of ECD in Pakistan prior to 2002. It highlights areas of opportunities, gaps and challenges and recommends ways of addressing these opportunities and gaps in the coming years to further enhance the provision of ECD in Pakistan. In particular the research aims to inform Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and its partners about the contextual background of the environment for ECE in Pakistan and provide solid recommendations and suggestions for possible interventions.
